Woah, Detective Caruso could not be more bad ass if she tried! Death wish or not she gets the job done!

Diaz is being held hostage in the middle of a riot and if it couldn’t be worse he has also been shot in the neck and is bleeding out, he needs help fast. Enter Caruso, shes figured out the whole plot and while the warden and the detectives fight she works out how to save the day.

Admittedly putting yourself into a room full of crazed mid-riot inmates doesn’t sound like a perfect plan but Caruso finds a way to make it work, save the day and solve the murder/suicide case shes been working on. All in a days work really.

Awesome issue and loved seeing Caruso handle the inmates without freaking out and the exchange between her and Diaz in the hospital afterward is a nice touch, he really is pretty much the only person she likes! It will be interesting to see her relationship with the warden if the story keeps going in the same prison, she did just accuse him of being corrupt and organizing murders in his prison so he probably won’t be too welcoming.
