I was lucky enough to be able to watch the first 3 episodes of season 2 of Preacher and I have to say I really enjoyed every single part of it.

AMC has been doing well so far with the walking dead series and with season one of Preacher (which is totally different from the comics) but I still love it and I was waiting to see what happens next.

Preacher is based on a comic about a small town Preacher Jesse Custer who has the ability to control people with his voice.  His best friend is a vampire named Cassidy, and his ultra-crazy girlfriend Tulip. Now in the first season set up how he gain his voice, met Cassidy and the back story about Tulip and Jesse relationship, with a side story about how the Saint of Killers was “born”.

So far from what I saw was amazing and exciting and I can’t wait for the rest of the episodes to be shown, They answered a few questions that I had from season 1.  The pacing was also great and the action scenes were perfect.  There were many scenes that I really enjoyed and many that I felt that was pretty funny.  I would like to see the series progress into more episodes and more series.

I wish I could say more but to say would be major spoilers and with this show, you need to watch it without any spoiler.  Just know that it is worth seeing and be ready for a ride of your life. Preacher returns to AMC June 25.
