Fans Invited to Take Part in Steven Universe Music Video Featuring Estelle

Cartoon Network ushered in unforgettable fan-first experiences at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con with packed panels for the recently Emmy-nominated Steven Universe, the upcoming action comedy OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes, and Ben 10. In case you missed it, see below for key highlights and images from this weekend’s events:
 
Steven Universe
Steven Universe cast and crew brought down the house yesterday with exclusive sneak peeks at future episodes and the upcoming console game Save the Light, plus an acoustic performance from Estelle, AJ Michalka and creator Rebecca Sugar. Also announced was the Steven Universe Soundtrack: Vol. 1 on vinyl, coming later this fall, and brand-new, game-exclusive gem Squaridot, who will debut as part of Save the Light. Rebecca Sugar concluded her San Diego Comic-Con appearance with an intimate conversation about the making of the official behind-the-scenes art book: Steven Universe: Art & Origins.
 
On Sunday, fans joined Estelle in San Diego for a one-of-a-kind sing-along experience to celebrate love, kindness and inclusion with a special performance of Steven Universe power-anthem “Stronger Than You.”

OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes
Prior to the Steven Universe panel was the debut of OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes. Attendees got an inside look at the series as well as the console game, OK K.O.! Let’s Play Heroes. In addition, Cartoon Network rounded out the panel by unveiling the series’ end credits, which are written and sung by Rebecca Sugar.

Ben 10
On Saturday, Cartoon Network welcomed its reimagined global phenomenon Ben 10 in the Indigo Ballroom. Fans got an exclusive preview of an upcoming episode as well as a demonstration of the all-new Ben 10 Alien Experience augmented reality app from Greg Cipes (voice of Stinkfly) onstage.
 
Cartoon Network Summertime Go! Screening and Costume Contest
Fans gathered in droves last Thursday at Cartoon Network’s annual Summertime Go! Screening and Costume Contest, where they caught first looks from new episodes of Ben 10, Mighty Magiswords, Clarence and the recently Emmy-nominated Teen Titans Go!
