After a two year hiatus, Play Fair returns.
The second Play Fair kicked off at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center this weekend and it was a much welcome return.
The first Play Fair was in February 2015, and it was attached to Toy Fair. While both events are run by Toy Association, the timing seemed a little odd to me. That first one fun, but it really seems like it really expanded this time around.
The Toy Association was helped by Toys R Us, Spin Masters, Nerf, LEGO, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and much more. There were all kinds of booths around where kids could just play. I brought my five-year-old and he really had a blast. It was tough to keep up with him running from booth to booth.
There was a huge Ben 10 spin wheel where you could get a mask. A LEGO building booth. Jedi training. Play-Doh play area. Characters walking around you could get your picture with and just so much more!
It was just overall a lot of fun for the kids.
The Play Fair event was an incredible time. I just hope they wait another 2 years to do it again!
