Today, DC is giving fans another early glimpse of a bonus Superman story from the collection of tributes that will be featured in ACTION COMICS #1000th. In the five-page story “Five Minutes,” written by the acclaimed Louise Simonson (SUPERMAN: THE DEATH OF SUPERMAN) and featuring artwork from the iconic Jerry Ordway (SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL), as well as Dave McCaig (ACTION COMICS) and lettering by Carlos M. Mangual (NIGHTWING), the Man of Steel pushes himself to the limits as he tries to balance his superhero work and journalism career. Simonson and Ordway’s story joins the previously released tribute story “Of Tomorrow,” by Tom King and Clay Mann.
