Image Comics brings you an all-out war against man and machine in Cyber Force: Awakening on its first volume.

What happens if you take The Terminator, and then played Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance game, and then go back reading the manga of Platinum End by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata, you might get a new comic series that is very intimidating for the readers. Cyber Force: Awakening is actually an action based war comic book that is much more like The Terminator, but there is more to it. So I just felt that this is a comic about terrorism, unlike the explosions between the terrorism in New York like September 11, 2001, sorry about the loss, may God rest in peace. But this time it just held a war against mankind.

Let’s start at the beginning, this comic is much similar to watching a movie of Robocop. It’s about some security officer named Morgan who was being attacked by some strange person who plans to change the world. He lost his right arm and eye during the attack, and that kind of critical condition he’s almost going to die, but after that, he woke up and became some kind of monster? What did they do to him anyway? They gave him some crazed metallic arm and a part of his face, but other than that he’s fine, he wanted to see his daughter and when he did, they did the same to her with her legs. With that much of a change and some terrorist is running around attacking people from around the world, how will they survive and stop the terrorism, will they protect the future?

As much as I know a little of the story, it seems to have a metaphor just like Robocop. But this is actually a story of terrorism and heroes who are willing to save the world and the future. I would expect that Image Comics would publish a good story and a comic like this because I believe that someone is trying to stop terrorism. And also after reading the following volumes of the comic, there is an extra on this graphic novel. But anyhow with so much technology that humans can actually mutate to other humans seemed like you’re being treated by a curse or something, but you almost think like I’m telling a story about X-Men. So if you rather want to read a comic where humans turned into cyborgs and save the world, then this graphic novel is for you.
