IDW Comics brings you the continuation of the first crossover or Rick and Morty vs. D&D on its second issue.

From the first issue, it brought a surprise to all the fans who were expecting to see season 4, but we get this first crossover between the show and the old role-playing game with paper, plastic, and dice. But you know how it goes with the usual Rick and Morty sci-fi adventures will go smoothly, but then things could get some serious shit during their adventures.

So last time, Rick and Morty went to experience the actual game by using some neuron helmets just to take you to another world, just like one of the MMORPGs that you played, but at the end, their brains were fried just by unplugging the power cord from the machine. But fortunately, they survived, it’s weird to know if you get your head unplugged, you’ll get yourself killed, hope someday if they invent that kind of headset through their brains, they should put a warning before using it. Not to mention, Rick and Morty are playing D&D just to experience some real adventures is almost like a dream that you could think of. After that Summer and her mom asked Rick that they should join their adventure because she actually played that game as a rouge, just like what you read one of the D&D comics on IDW. I do wonder how does the D&D make their experience to them? Will the family get back into their world?

This is pretty much to say that D&D is really more addicting through the Rick and Morty series. Surely it’s a Sci-Fi adventure series, but would Rick and the other will ever experience the epic adventure inside the game? It’s like if you’re playing an actual D&D table set, but at the very moment someone will flip the table, and after that, the other player realizes that someone is coding the game from a computer and makes it more real. Like playing a game of RPG maker, the 2D version of RPG Maker. So anyway the story is much more inspiring to have something like D&D to have a party to fight monsters and demons, but still, this is the actual Rick and Morty story. With all the gadgets that Rick invents and gets Morty to go for adventure seemed to be epic for the fans, it’s a masterpiece. And I’m looking forward to the third issue to see what happens next.
