Is this the equivalent of a reboot? If so, I am in favour.

Cassie and Vlad realize that something is happening when it seems Father Wraths mask is back making trouble and Evil Ernie steps in to save the day. Its bad news (for them, good news for us) slashers are back and it’s up to them to stop them once and for all.

I love Cassie and Vlad so if this means we get to follow them as they once again kill the slashers from the beginning that is brilliant news and by the looks of the end of this issue nothing is going to be easy with them obviously being played but for what outcome? Will Ernie be a regular lifesaver for Cassie? how big a hindrance will Chastity and her team pose for Cassie as she tries to save the world?

There are some brilliant moments in this issue, I loved the road trip, Vlads face never leaving Ernie as he drives them cross country and the revelation that Vlad seems to have a ‘type’ and that rightly so he is scared of Vampirella! Of course, it’s never smooth sailing for our heroes as they are getting played but for what reason and how bad is this going to get for them? I can’t wait to find out.
