The Furies give a strong performance in their first issue and set up for big things to come.

Granny Goodness has been downtrodden her whole career but has that defeated her? NO, it’s driven her to train the best of the best of female warriors to demand they be taken seriously! It really js a mixed emotion when it comes to showing off the Furies talent I mean it horrifies you how close to reality this is but shows how funny it is having these powerful characters in the situation in front of them. Granny is obviously hiding something even bigger but it looks like the plans changed a little all because Aurelie isnt about to stand by and let anyone get handsy with her!

It was funny seeing Darkseid sitting at a judging table tasting food and the like but not as satisfying as watching the Furies stand up for themselves and those less fortunate. The aftermath of this is going to be epic!
