Successful fashion icon, talk show host, animal activist, and superhero gets an incredible figure from Mattel.

Vixen first appeared in Action Comics #521 (1981), but it wasn’t until she became a member of the Justice League in Justice League Annual #2 (1984) that she gained popularity. Vixen has since appeared in the Justice Leauge Unlimited cartoon, a series of cartoon shorts on the CW Seed, and live action on Arrow.

This figure has been my “white whale”. Thanks to the seriously crappy distribution at Target, it took me months to find it in a store. But it was seriously worth the wait.

The figure’s costume is based on her appearance in the Justice League of America series from 2018. It really looks great. The paint apps are nice and clean. Once again, huge improvements in the female form. There is the correct about of muscle tone. Great points of articulation as well.

Vixen comes with a bird to simulate her mimicking the abilities of a bird. I did have some difficulty in trying to figure out where it hooks onto.

Vixen also comes with the torso of the Collect-and-Connect of Lex Luthor.

Overall I really love this figure. It really solid and just make a great addition to your collection.
