Episode 15 of Young Justice does not hold back from the action!! Task Force X, Rocket Red Squad, and many other surprises spring up in Episode 15.

Aquaman sends the Gamma Squad (Tigress, Geoforce, Terra, Halo, Forager, and Beast Boy) on a covert op to Russia. It is here we notice a recruitment ceremony for the famous Rocket Red Squadron. While doing recon, Prince Brion is not happy that there is no action being taken to stop the initiation. There has been bad blood in the past between Russia and Markovia. While retreating the team is attacked by Black Manta, Captain Boomerang, and Monsieur Mallah.

This battle gets the attention of the Rocket Reds and thus speeds up the new recruits bonding process to the Rocket Red armor. While battling Captain Boomerang says something to Halo that catches her off guard and he hits her dead center with a boomerang. Geoforce goes to her rescue and after some more fighting, Manta, Mallah, and Boomerang retreat. As they watch from a distance the Rocket Reds are about to engage the Gamma Squad.

Black Manta request extraction when a voice on their comlink states that they have not fulfilled the mission. Longtime watchers will know the voice is none other than Amada Waller. When Boomerang decides to get smart Waller activates a high-pitched sound in his head and we see the brain bomb that makes Task Force X notorious. Task Force X goes back into the fray this time attacking the Rocket Red Squad then focusing on Gamma. When Task Force X is defeated Tigress requests that they are allowed to take them back to Belle Reeve.

Aquaman supervises the return of Task Force X and is told by the warden that someone will speak to them about the escape of those villains. It is then he is face to face with Waller who out of clarity lets him know about Task Force X and she says that she is aware of Gamma Squad and that the Justice League has more to lose than she does.

In the end, this episode seemed to focus on the secrets being kept by both sides of the spectrum and what seems to be a potential powder keg ready to explode. JQ gives Episode 15: Leverage a 9 out of 10!!!
