“I’m not the one that dies, kid. I’m the one that does the killing. The thing is, every time I try to be someone different, that’s when the wrong people get hurt.”

Mezco gives us the Netflix Punisher. Included in package are two heads, eight hands, 2 gun effects, 2 handguns 2 gun clips, 2 gun firing effects on single-shot one multiple shot, one machine gun, one knife that fits in the sheath of the tactical Vest and a leather-like jacket.  Of course, it also comes with a base that has the Punisher emblem on it.

Based off of Jon Bernthal’s take on the Punisher they capture his likeness well with two different head sculpts a bloody beat up version and normal version they even added the scar to his normal version. The revolver is a nicely added piece to the arsenal and the other handgun comes with 2 clips and the slide comes off of it. Found that out by accident when I placed the gun in his side holster and tried to remove it again. The knife fits nicely in the sheath on the back of the tactical vest which is highly detailed down to the skull symbol on the chest which really made it my favorite accessory.  The leather-like coat is a nicely added touch but be careful I got the hand caught in the sleeve and pulled some strings out then I ended up snapping the arm at the elbow, Handle With Care! This was my first ever experience with a broken figure from Mezco so not sure how to handle it with them. I’m sure they have some sort of policy in place for issues like this.

Overall this is a great figure with spot-on likeness. My only complaint is the elbows are not double-jointed this would have been a nice added feature for posing. I was able to add my own accessories for some added effects that fit nicely with him. The bloodied face made for a nice interrogation pose as seen in my photos.  Grab this figure for sure even with the show being canceled its an added bonus Punisher figure that will never lose its nostalgia and at a decent price too.
