Oh man Buffy and Angel and going through the wringer this issue!
As Buffy and Angel delve deeper into the Hellmouth the demons get stronger and trickier using all their fears against them. Buffy is yet to figure out that Angel is a vampire and is significantly older than she is and treats him like an annoying frat boy. Both heroes have big BIG tests made of them. Buffy has to confront some painful images in an attempt to distract her while Angel gets dragged through hell by a demon luckily Neither can be beaten so easily.
I really like this duo together, the way they rip off each other is great my favourite being Angel hinting at being part of the “300” at Thermopylae while Buffy tries to claim being at the thermometer? No matter the supposed annoyance between the two they work great together and I cant wait to see how they overcome the challenge waiting for them in the next issue!
