“I’m The Damn Batman”

The Back Story: This is Mezco’s Vision of Batman in the twilight years of his crime-fighting days. An older wiser Batman must now use his cunning instead of his body to continue his fight against the criminal scum of Gotham. The suits armor now protects him from the years of wear and tear his body has endured. The last of the Mezco Trilogy figures (Ascending, Sovereign Knight) Supreme Knight finishes the cycle of Batman.

What’s in the box: Another box full of goodies including three heads one of which is old man Bruce Wayne down to his greying hair, nine interchangeable hands for holding multiple items, and two leather capes one with wire built into it for the gliding down effect. Items included are ten batarangs, one Batarang bundle, one large Batarang,  three grappling hooks open, closed, and open with posing chord, dual blade karambit, grappling gun, handheld equalizer cannon, and custom display stand.

The Verdict: Out of the three this is my favorite. This is a character us older guys can relate to. Getting older the body breaks down and having fought crime almost his whole life I can relate to the aches and pains that come along with getting older. the interchangeable heads was an unexpected difference from the norm they are held on by magnets and hold up well no flopping falling off or anything. The wired cape made life easier with posing instead of trying to use the clips that came with the other two. This version seems to be based off the Frank Miller style Dark Knight even down to the larger bat symbol on the chest. I can’t make one complaint on this one everything was great and it’s nice to have a trilogy figure from multiple eras of crime-fighting. Again Mezco another hit. Grab this while you can this one will not last long.
