Straight out of the pages of Giant-Size X-Men #1 comes Storm and Thunderbird!
Storm and Thunderbird both became part of a new generation of X-Men. The new team would become a huge hit, and we would see Storm grow much over the years. Thunderbird, on the other hand, would die on his second mission with the X-Men. Though his influence would constantly be felt.
I’m so glad that Hasbro made this 2 pack. It’s really awesome. I’ve always been a huge fan of Storm’s original and iconic costume, so of course, I’m excited to have her as an action figure. The sculpt is so near perfect. My only complaint is in the comics her cape is connected to the bracelets on her wrist. On this figure, it’s not. Hasbro decided to go with 2 rubberized capes. One is straight down and the other is kind of flowing. Both capes look great on her though, just kind of curious why they didn’t do something similar they did with the retro release.
Storm comes with 2 heads, one regular and one using her powers. The Storm also comes with 3 pairs of hands: fist, open hand, and using lightning. The lightning ones are very impressive.
Thunderbird doesn’t have any accessories but I’m loving the sculpt. He does suffer from the same issue a Forge with the fringe on his boots. It’s not molded on and keeps falling down. I finally got it up to stay so it should be fine. Still, I’m loving this figure.

The 2 pack is a Target exclusive. It’s still available online and I’ve seen it in stores around me, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding it.
