Hasbro gives us the iconic version of Jubilee

Jubilee first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #244 as a mutant mall-rat. She ends up following the X-Men back to their location and remains hidden. When Wolverine is ambushed by some villains, Jubilee ends up helping him and ends up becoming his sidekick. Eventually, she becomes a member of the X-Men.

Last time we got Jubilee she was a Build-A-Figure. This time around we got her in her iconic costume. When Jim Lee designed Jubilee’s look, it was a blatant knock-off of Robin’s costume. But people really liked it and it stuck! This sculpt really captures Lee’s art.

Jubilee is slightly smaller than normal Marvel Legends, but that makes sense. Even though she is smaller she still has all the points of articulation you would expect from a Marvel Legend.

The paint is really great here. Not paint slop at all. And the colors are very vibrant. She really looks great.

Jubilee comes with a second head that has her blowing a bubble. She also comes with 2 extra sunglasses. One you can put about her eyes. The other goes around her eyes.

Finally, she comes with Caliban’s torso for the Build-A-Figure piece.

I have to admit, even though she isn’t my favorite character, this is a solid figure. Totally a must for your X-Men collection.

Many thanks to Hasbro for sending us Jubilee!

You can find Jubilee at retail stores or you can buy directly from Hasbro Pulse.
