Cryptozoology is the study of animals that are rumored to exist. Such creatures are called “cryptids.”

Back Story: For years stories of Cryptids have existed throughout history. Creatures like The Yeti, Bigfoot, Lochness all have their tales of crossing paths with humans. Whether you believe in the folklores or not there is no denying that too many they feel real. Every day new species are discovered that were previously based on lore. Creatureplica brings those Cryptids to Action figure form with their Cryptocreatures series.

What’s in the box:  There are four Cryptids in this series. The Himalayan Yeti, The North American Sasquatch, Louisiana Rougarou, and the Horrorhound. Each comes with a unique base for them to stand on. The Rougaru comes with torn shirt pieces for shoulder and his wrists. Multiple points of articulation for action posing including the Rougaru hinged jaw.

The Verdict:  This was a nice change of pace in reviews. Never thought I would see the day when we would get Yeti, and Sasquatch action figures to play with. Their size would be a nice mix in with your quarter scale figures giving them an appearance of larger than humans. They seem to handle rough play really well and their stands are highly detailed each coming from their native areas that these creatures are thought to lurk. If you can grab these definitely worth it. Figures run 34.99 for each and can be found on amazon or Creatureplica’s website there are a few exclusives on their website as well. Thank you guys for letting us review these figures. Whether you believe or not they are real even if its action figure form.
