“A man fights with his mouth when his fists are lacking.”

Back Story: Iron Fist (Danny Rand) made his debut in 1974 appearing in Marvel Premiere #15. Penciled by Gil Kane and written by Roy Thomas Iron Fist is a martial artist and wielder of the mystical force known as the Iron Fist which allows him to focus and summon his chi. Best known for his run with Luke Cage in Power Man and Iron Fist and later forming Heroes For Hire his origin story was focused on in the Immortal Iron Fist. Iron Fist also made it to the Marvel cinematic universe with a short stint on Netflix including appearances in Luke Cake, and The Defenders.

Whats in the Box:  Included in the box are Two head sculpts one masked one unmasked, ten sets of hands, three-section staff other wise known as a Sanjiegun, four focused Chi hands, and one Shou-Lao fist. Also included is the display base with the Iron Fist logo.

The Verdict: There are very few Marvel Characters I get excited for and this was one of them until I opened the box and played with this figure. I was impressed with the level of detail put into this character down to the costume the sash is poseable too. I am happy they went with the modern version rather than the seventies classic open shirt style. I am sure we will see other versions of this character in the future. This is a must-have for Marvel fans and collectors alike. Do not pass on this one you will be surprisingly pleased with how he turned out. Once again Mezco lives up to its hype and continues to wow us with their figures.
