A lot of questions to be answered as we begin this issue, why is Waller acting so weird? is Batman dead? Will Katanas sword forgive her?

Waller looks to be losing her conviction as she hears Batman may have been killed, is that what she wants? Deadshot is losing faith in her and their leader Harley while Katana struggles with her actions against Batman and the consequences surfacing as a result.

Waller is quite obviously being played by Director Karla and that’s surprising as Waller should really be able to spot that a mile off but doesn’t! She also doesn’t spot the intruder sneaking onto Base but who can blame her he is master of subterfuge. Killer Croc welcomes the Intruder but can’t stop them and as the Enchantress gears up for an attack she is taking out by Harley as she and Katana lend a hand to get to the bottom of it.

Is it too little too late for the rescuers as the new suicide suits descend upon them and they have to yet again fight their way out? Meanwhile, the tension in the control room is palpable until Waller gives an order to kill Harley and Katana and it all becomes a bit too much for Waller to bear and her true self-appears. Can’t wait to see what comes next
