Harley puts her mayoral race into full gear this issue but not before she sorts out some loose ends.
It really shows Harley’s true colours as she prepares to launch her run for mayor. She has to stop all her side interests to focus on her race but not before she makes sure everyone is properly looked after and isn’t put out by her absence. She then needs a big publicity stunt to launch her campaign and boy does she know how to generate publicity. How about something that no other mayor has managed before?? OK, it’s not all plain sailing but then nothing ever is for Harley is it.
I’m not sure if saw blades embedded into foreheads was part of plan A but it definitely paid off in the end and Harley got her spectacle. Not everyone is happy with Harley, of course, Mayor DePerto and Madison are definitely not her biggest fans with Madison getting even more mental in every issue and surely her overt criminal activity will catch up with her soon DePerto nearly ended her already but she pulled it out of the hat by getting him in touch with a belter of a baddie to try and take care of Harley for him.
