The Penguin has been having a bad time of it recently in a number of titles he has been shot at and/or killed, this issue is no different!

I never thought id feel sorry for Oswald Copperpot but as this issue starts I really do feel for him, Bane is controlling everything and now The Penguin has been summoned to play his part, to show his fealty! The trauma he has to go through to answer the call seems ridiculous but I suppose for a Gotham bad guy its par for the course. Obviously, Bane has thought of everything and the task he delegates to Oswald may just be the absolute breaking point for Batman who almost takes a back seat this issue.

This is a brilliant issue focusing on Oswald and it looks as though this could be the start of  The Penguins time to shine as the premier Gotham criminal.

The one thing Bane seems to have forgotten to do is never underestimate The Penguin!!
