As good as Catwoman is at stealing the bigger jobs don’t always go to plan.
Selena’s latest job has been a nightmare from the start and it just doesn’t seem to be getting any better. The Penguin basically set her up to get killed grabbing an artifact then tried to double cross her on the deal! Selina manages to get out of it but her next stage doesn’t go any better.
I like how the story is being retold by Carlos as he seems to be in the thick of it and has a different perspective than Selina would and the artwork is just fantastic, the fight scenes are incredible and I love how the chase scene was done too. The next issue looks like it will hit the ground running and take up from the chase so won’t slow down any! It really feels like something building in the story, the artifact, the creels it all feels like its heading to a collision and will just erupt around Selina. Heres hoping she can cope with it all and isn’t in over her head already!
