The City of Bane part two, and Gotham is in trouble!
Heroing has been outlawed and Gotham Girl alongside Thomas Wayne are clearing up the streets/skies of any do-gooders who try and enter Gotham’s perimeter. Bane is totally in control now and since the crime rate has fallen no one will do anything about it regardless of how it is being enforced.
Kite man has another brilliant appearance in this issue as he comes to terms with the fact that however fleeting it may be, he may just be the hero Gotham needs. The Hero Gotham needs, however, is in a bad way but he is being looked after by someone he really needs right now and I just know he is going to be back and fighting again before we know it! I just hope there is enough Gotham left to save.
With Bruce out of the picture for the foreseeable its understandable that Damian thinks he knows better as he probably feels helpless and just wants to be doing something violent while Tim has a more level head and wants to strategize more and not endanger anyone but without Batman they have to be careful not to butt heads without getting anywhere.
The major point that is becoming clearer and clearer, Gotham needs Batman
