There is a price on her head but the one factor they didn’t think of was what if they didn’t get her!
Catwoman is finding it harder to keep up the lie she’s been telling herself that she’s ok about Batman. It’s pretty clear she is questioning her decision and has started playing out scenarios where they are together. Its kind of nice to see as it means that they will likely get back together and it shows a vulnerable side to Selina we don’t always get to see.
As well as being sentimental this issue is also kick ass with Catwoman getting into some major scrapes as she tries to pull off a job where she has clearly been set up. Every assassin within range is gunning for her and she needs to get out of the city for her own safety, but that’s never been her style!
I love how badass she is in these fight scenes but then when in real danger softens and how quickly her thoughts turn to Batman. You just know that the next issue is going to be good as she enacts revenge on those would-be assassins!
