Mezco gives the One:12 treatment to one of the first X-Men.

Cyclops has always been one of my favorite X-Men for about as long as I can remember.  I always thought he was cool. Just something about him. So needless to say when Mezco announced that they would be making a One:12 version of him, I knew I had to get him.

Mezco has put Cyclops in the Jim Lee design of his costume. The only thing really missing is yellow underwear on the outside. I don’t have a problem with that. The yellow highlights on the blue bodysuit really pops. The head sculpt is really nice too. I love the wave in his hair.

He comes with 4 removable visors: Regular. One with “smoke” coming out. One regular blast. One mega blast. Mezco was nice enough to give us extra versions of the regular and “smoke” visors. The visors are really easy to switch. You just remove one visor and put a new one in the eye hole.

One of the coolest features is the light-up function that works with the visors. You just give the neck peg a twist and then flip the little switch. It really gives it a nice effect.  The batteries are easy to replace as well.

Cyclops comes with a second head. Kind of a screaming head. As with the first head, the visor is switchable, and the light-up feature works with it as well.

The hands are switchable as well. Cyclops comes with 3 sets: 1 pair of fists. 1 pair a visor focusing hands. 1 pair of grasping hands. Like all in the One:12 Collective, all the hands switch out really easily.

Cyclops also comes with a pleather jacket. Once you remove the hands, the jacket goes on and off very easily. And honestly, it really looks great!

Of course, like all the figures in this collection, Cyclops comes with a base with a peg and a display stand.

Personally, buying this figure was a no-brainer.

Definitely a must for your collection!
