Playmobil welcomes you to Novelmore!

Welcome to Novelmore. A land of knights, magic, and adventure. In this realm lives the villainous Burnham Raiders. They are a wild bunch of outlaws and bandits united around their love of fire. And their fortress is massive enough to hold them all.

This set is amazing, but before I get into it, let’s see what Sean thinks of it:

Well, he loves it. Me, I’m seriously impressed. This set is huge! While it wasn’t hard to put together it did take me about an hour to complete it. Damn is it worth it!

The fortress has a working gate. A trap door you can release. A break-away wall. A jail cell. 2 canons that fire. And, my favorite, right by the main gate, a way to drop fireballs on your enemies!

The set comes with 4 figures: Bayron, the ruler of the Burnham Raiders. Brody, the voice of reason of the Burnham Raiders. An armored Burnham Raider. A blacksmith.  But this set will hold a lot more than just 4 figures. There’s also a horse that the figures can ride on. And you can’t have magic and fire without a dragon.

Then there are a ton of accessories from swords and shields, to blacksmith tools. Plus a treasure chest that “locks.”

Now the really cool part of this set is it can be combined with other sets in the Novelmore series to build an even bigger fortress. I love you can do this, as long as you have enough floor space.

Playmobil has done knights in the past, but never one that has an entire storyline to it. That’s got to be the coolest thing about this series.

Many thanks to Playmobil for sending this to us to check out. It’s been 3 days since I got it and Sean hasn’t stopped playing with it!
