Both are still just feeling each other out to see any weaknesses to exploit but both are masters at the game they play and are more than an equal match for each other.
Down in the vault its Enchantress that is stealing the show with a pretty unpopular way to get past security and taking time out to lend Captain Boomerang a hand right up to being the reason that they eventually get what they came for.
Harley really gets her teeth stuck into the battle as the levels of security increase leading to Lex in his super suit crashing the party only to that it was all wasted effort and he would have given Amanda what she wanted straight away. I think that was just to show her that he had played her though.
