The perfect accompaniment to the tv series/films of the same name.
Flynn is such a brilliant character and him getting a team for the tv series added an extra dimension with each extra character bringing their own unique thing to the team. Now there is a comic to tide you over in between series. The comic has the teams vibe down perfectly with Flynn’s excitement, Bairds scepticism, Cassandra’s whimsy etc.
A new tale brings new prophecies and of course new crimes to solve with this one being a doozy, a murder (and right in front of them) at a film showing of one of Flynn’s favourite scam artists. Even though Flynn has actually seen the myths that make up the content of Solomon schicks movies he still loves them much to Bairds annoyance.
It comes down to Ezekial to help investigate the murder as he’s the only one that can manage to bypass the security and if course he does it in typical Ezekial style but he is not prepared for what he finds out. I wasn’t prepared for it either, surely it cant be what it looks like! I can’t wait till issue 2 to see how it plays out and probably descends into chaos before it gets solved
