1. “Just breathe it in … and surrender yourself to the Gospel of Kong.”

The year is 1912, and James Copland has a dream. After discovering Skull Island, Copland leads an expedition there in order to establish a colony, convert the native Tagatu to his religion, and exploit the natural resources for every penny he can get. But the Tagatu have their own gods, and the most powerful and jealous of these is Kong.

This one-shot is a great addition to the history of the Skull Island setting that was established in this year’s Kong movie. Also, you get to see monsters fighting each other and teaching people that nature abhors the folly of men – by eating them.
