Tempers are flaring up in DC’s Batman White Knight number 5. Is this a good thing?
Well, it’s a good thing Batman is still around, with “neoJoker” turning the city of Gotham against him. It’s going well these days for the Joker. Safely medicated, and on steroids too, he’s got a lady and a clear mind with which to wreak havoc.
Batman’s not dealing with it very maturely and having a hard time controlling himself. Commissioner Gordon is plenty fed up with Batman. And someone’s stealing stuff out of Wayne Manor!
Writer AND artist Sean Murphy continues to amaze me with the story, his gift for dialogue and simply gorgeous art (Matt Hollingsworth on colors). It’s got the mood, it’s got the drama, it just needs you to read it, honest to Pete. Pick up a copy!
