I think there are 3 jeepers creepers films now but I’m not sure if this comic runs on from the film or not but you don’t have to have seen the films to get the comic.
The start of page sets the tone completely a simple scene and then a monster appears silhouetted against the moon, it’s simple but really effective and tells you everything you need to know! Don’t mess with this guy. Devon James is in Mexico to research the monster and finds out more than he bargained for!
A little history tour lets us know that this monster is older than anyone really knows and doesn’t look like its away to stop now. He artwork for the ancient Aztec side story looks amazing and if it was its own comic I would definitely read it but as it is it fits In perfectly. You know that the story is just beginning and is going to kick off big time in the upcoming issues!! Awesome
