The plot thickens on the mountain as the New York mob pull out all the stops to get the illicit moonshine back down the hill.
It’s up to Tempest to broker the deal now that Hiram is out of the picture but does she know what she is getting herself into? There are a character surprise return and a possible exit as it all kicks off at the deal gone bad but the mob has possibly poked a bear they should have left alone I get the impression that you don’t want to mess with Tempest.
The artwork continues to ooze 50’s American south with the chain gang story taking an exciting twist as well, you can feel the suns glaring heat emanating from the page as they sweat by the roadside. The story is so good that I am still unsure which side are the ‘good guys’ and which side to root for! The werewolves were easily the bad guys early on but this new player for the mob is evil incarnate and I really hope he meets a grisly end!
