Who doesn’t love a wedding, this one, however, seems to have missed the til death do us part bit?
I’m not massively up on the Lore but having what seems to be Baron Samedi at your wedding can’t be a good sign and this is far from the end of the tale! I really liked this issue, the New Orleans vibe shines through although maybe the darker side of it but the danger and seriousness of the occult definitely plays a big part in the story. Leticia really impressed me too with her brutality and sheer coldness in her plan it’s clear that the winters family have a whole world of hurt heading their way I just hope they are going to be prepared for it.
I love the idea of the old traditional voodoo ways clashing with the more modern mob boss and can’t wait to see how it plays out and who is going to make it out the other side as both families are out for blood and anyone caught in the middle is going to pay for it!
