Dealing with the undead it was only a matter of time before Cassie and Vlad ran into the Crow.
Cassie and Vlad are back on the case and it is a doozy, missing eyes, creepy graffiti it definitely fits the bill. I love how Cassie and Vlad interact with each other Vlad is so innocently sweet while Cassie is badass and cynical but they work together brilliantly and Cassie doesn’t believe Vlad’s innocent routine at all.
The baddie in this issue looks amazing and something major is hinted at before she kills her latest victim, this is not her last kill by any means but will Cassie get there in time to save this one or not and can she stop her if she does? She seems to be able to see into the very soul of a person and of course, Cassie and Vlad are vastly different but will the revelation Cassie hears affect her or is she resigned to the fact already?
I love how the baddie kisses Vlad’s head after their fall, he started the whole Hack slash story as an ‘ugly’ monster but recently he is getting all the attention, first from Vampirella and now this baddie, he may be slightly gutted he was knocked out at the time, still I’m happy for him!!
I can’t wait to see you how Cassie and the Crow react to each other, will they team up straight away or will they fight it every step and will it depend on if Vlad is out of the game for now or not? Brilliant issue
