It’s the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters, and Playmobil decides to go big and not go home
Ever since Playmobil got the license to Ghostbusters, they’ve done an amazing job on their toy line. Now with this being the 35th anniversary of the original Ghostbusters film, Playmobil has released a limited edition line of 6 in figures, and they are just wonderful!
In a nutshell, this is just a larger version of a Playmobil figure but the fact it is 6 inches is just really cool. It is limited to 12,500 pieces.
I received Winston Zeddemore and he’s really cool. He comes with a proton pack that can be removed, and a ghost trap that opens. Now I had to take the figure out of the box to take pictures, but I love the way Playmobil displayed him in the box. In the packaging is a cut out of Slimer being sucked into the ghost trap. Normally I’m a “play with your toys” kind of guy, but I think I want to keep it in the package.
It also comes with a code for a Ghostbusters app you can watch and play with.
This is a great figure and I seriously need the other 3 Ghostbusters to complete my collection!
