This is the latest variation of the Dark Phoenix saga (the first one was in X-Men: The Last Stand). But does it do justice to the comics or is it another last stand.

In my opinion, it’s good, not great but good. Why did I say this because this had some parts of the comics and some new parts. This new story is about Jean Grey and the X-Men who are superheroes. The team is sent to a mission to save some astronauts. Jean is hit with some cosmic force and gets stronger and stronger each day. So, after an encounter with Magneto, both Magneto and the X-Men are trying to get to Jean but for a different reason (Magneto to kill her and the X-Men to save her).
