The Anthology Issue by Garth Ennis, Becky Cloonan and Phil Hester Earns Second Printing

“I loved the first volume of Creepshow, and I’m happy to report it hasn’t lost a step at all with this return.”  – The Beat

“The horror anthology Creepshow is back to scare horror fans again with two tales that are just as thoughtful and poignant as they are disturbing.” – Screen Rant

Skybound announced today that the smash-hit horror comic Creepshow Vol. 2 #1 has sold out at comic book shops. Based on Greg Nicotero’s hit Shudder TV series produced and licensed by Cartel Entertainment, Creepshow Vol. 2 #1 will return with a second printing on October 25, 2023, just in time for Halloween. Season 4 of the series premieres October 13 on AMC and AMC+.

Brian Witten is overseeing on behalf of Nicotero’s Monster Agency Productions.

The debut issue of the second volume features stories by comic legends Garth Ennis (Preacher, The Boys), Becky Cloonan (Wonder Woman) and Phil Hester (Gotham City: Year One). Ennis and Cloonan team up for the very first time to deliver a disturbing tale of the unborn. Then, Hester tells the story of a grieving son who bends the laws of nature to see his mother one last time…this can’t end well!

Creepshow Vol. 2 #1’s second printing will feature an all-new variant cover drawn by illustrator Federico Mele.

Creepshow Volume 2’s all-star creative roster also includes Michael Walsh (The Silver Coin), Dan Watters (Homesick Pilots), Abigail Larson (Sandman Universe: The Dreaming), Zoe Thorogood (It’s Lonely at the Centre of the Earth), Joel Farrelly (Tell Me a Story), Nick Dragotta (East of West), Alisa Kwitney (Mystik U), Mauricet (Gilt), Saladin Ahmed (Dragon, Miles Morales: Spider-Man), Joe Quinones (Batman ‘89), Tim Daniel & DB Andry (End After End), Matthew Roberts (Manifest Destiny), and many others to be announced.

The Creepshow comic miniseries deal was brokered by Striker Entertainment.

Creepshow Volume 2 #1 (of 5) Second Printing (Lunar Code 0923IM831| SRP $3.99) will be available at comic book shops and digital platforms including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, comiXology, and Google Play on Tuesday, October 25, 2023.
