For the 25th anniversary, Baltimore Comic-Con will be debuting The Baltimore Comic-Con Classic! Powered by the video game entertainment company AIM HIT GO, the attendees will have the chance to show their skills by competing in one (1) or more of the six (6) tournaments taking place over the 3-day event. In addition, all Baltimore Comic-Con attendees will be able to enjoy a little something for everyone in the 40 console free play arcade featuring classic to modern games.

Navigate to the Baltimore Comic-Con Classic page to see information on each game, rules, event details, registration, attendee line-up, and bracket organization. The tournaments will be Tekken 8Street Fighter 6Mortal Kombat 1Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3Smash Bros Ultimate, and Guilty Gear Strive.

“We’ve been working to add this element to the show for a while now, so we’re excited to be able to present it to our fans,” said Marc Nathan, show promoter for the Baltimore Comic-Con. “There’s a great deal of crossover with our attendees’ interests, and you certainly see a big gaming element with our cosplayers, not to mention comic book adaptations, movie or television adaptations, video game adaptations of comics, and more. Plus, this is just another fun thing for the fans — come check it out!”
