Corvus Belli Continues Expansion of Futuristic Tabletop Wargame Infinity into Animation, Video Games, Novels, Comics & more; New Additions to Work Closely with Director/Studio Head Jay Oliva
Corvus Belli’s worldwide table top game sensation Infinity, an intense wargame of counter-espionage set in a sci-fi, high-tech future universe, continues to expand its robust talent roster for its animated series spinoff, Infinity: Paradise Lost, by adding entertainment veterans Eric S. Rollman and Craig Kyle as key members of the production team under Lex+Otis Studios President and series showrunner Jay Oliva.

Named as an executive producer of Infinity: Paradise Lost, Rollman is an Emmy Award-winning producer and founder of Rollman Entertainment, whose expertise lies in iterating premium IP into successful television and streaming series. Shaped by his tenure as President of Marvel Animation and leadership roles at Saban and Fox Family Productions, Rollman has built a career translating iconic brands into compelling, character-driven content. More recently, his work has focused on adapting leading video game franchises for the screen, with clients including Activision Blizzard, Plarium, and NEXON across such titles as Skylanders Academy, Overwatch, Crash Bandicoot and RAID: Shadow Legends and Infinity.
Kyle, who will serve as lead writer on Infinity: Paradise Lost, is well known across the industry as a writer, producer and creative executive whose work spans animation, live-action film, streaming and AAA games. As the creator of X-23 (Laura Kinney), co-writer of Thor: Ragnarok, and co-creator and showrunner of Pacific Rim: The Black (Netflix/Legendary), Kyle has spent two decades building genre franchises at Marvel, Netflix, Bungie and Epic Games. His tenure as VP of Creative Development at Marvel Animation produced six television series and eight films. As SVP of Live-Action Production & Development at Marvel Studios, he served as Executive Producer on Thor and was part of the core creative team that built the early Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The organic foray of Infinity into animation is spearheaded by renowned producer/director Oliva, who was responsible for nine Warner Bros. hit animated films, including the universally acclaimed two-part Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. Produced by Lex+Otis Studios, Infinity: Paradise Lost had its industry unveiling in France at the Annecy Film Festival, and has revealed early footage from the pilot, as well as a music video from the pilot’s scoring session at Abbey Road Studios, during panels at Comic-Con (San Diego) and New York Comic Con.
Lex+Otis & Corvus Belli are currently in negotiations for series’ distribution.
Following the foundation established by Corvus Belli’s popular table top game, the Infinity: Paradise Lost animated series finds mankind nearly 200 years into an alternate future where humanity has departed Earth and colonized multiple star systems. While there is a shared, albeit tense unity among these planetary factions, conflicts still exist as great nations attempt to maintain control of resources in order to further enhance their grip on power. Aliens are believed to have gone extinct in these star systems – until they begin to arrive. This is where Infinity: Paradise Lost begins.
“Some teams you don’t rebuild – you just hit ‘reassemble’,” Rollman says. “I’m truly humbled to be back with these two exceptionally talented friends to bring the universe of Infinity to life in animation.”
“This feels like the early MCU,” Kyle explains. “Infinity: Paradise Lost spotlights a universe most people don’t know yet, full of stories that will reshape every character and world we touch. Being here again, at the beginning, with people I trust to deliver the goods – it doesn’t get more exciting than this.”
“The Infinity: Paradise Lost journey has been incredible to date, and having worked closely with Eric and Kyle on past projects, I know having them aboard will continue to enhance and expand our horizons,” Oliva says. “Both of them will fill integral leadership roles – Eric will play an essential part in our strategic relationship building, while Craig will be the driving force in our writers’ room. We’re very fortunate to add such experienced, passionate, collaborative and creative visionaries to a team brimming with topnotch animated talent.”
Some of the spotlight talent associated with Infinity: Paradise Lost includes Oliva, a renowned producer/animation director with credits ranging from Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox to Zack Snyder’s Twilight of the Gods; executive producer Gutier Lusquiños, a key creative figure at Corvus Belli and the Infinity Universe Manager; actors Zehra Fazal (Young Justice, Halo Infinite, Starfield), Raffi Barsoumian (SEAL Team, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) and Jason Spisak (Arcane, Batman: Hush); Emmy Award-winning composer Frederik Wiedmann (Star Trek: Picard, The Death of Superman); and casting/voice director Wes Gleason (Batman: The Killing Joke).
