Nancy is hot on the heels of her would-be assassins until… she isn’t.
Nancy ditches Joe and Frank to tail her prime suspect but ends up finding something else entirely. Her investigation takes her from empty diners to high-end parties to breaking and entering but its all in a days work for Nancy, unfortunately, her day’s work doesn’t leave much time left for sleeping and it almost has disastrous results as her lack of sleep catches up to her at the worst possible moment.
I love the dynamic between Nancy and the Hardys, they would clearly do anything for her but will still call her out if they disagree. She won’t listen but they still call her out and eventually of course she proves them right. It’s not just the Hardys she has to contend with either as now another friend has uncovered her not dead secret and not only is angry and being lied to but if Nancy had trusted them then she could have saved herself a whole host of problems.
As always the plot gets more and more interesting in each issue and this one is no different I love that it can flip on a dime and where you thought the story was going gets dashed and something else entirely comes into play, I cant wait to see where this goes
