Every year, it’s the same story! Between SDCC and NYCC it’s hard to gain traction because the world is concentrated on the two biggest “comic conventions” in the country, but I will say it did look like both conventions are trying to get back to their roots which is nothing but good for comics!
So, let’s talk real quick?
There’s a lot happening in the Super Jersey camp. We’re talking to some incredible comic legends, celebrities and comic-related brands about next year…but that only goes so far.
With us being a “new” convention, many people are skeptical about our show and with the way some events have crashed and burned, we don’t blame folks.
But, if you’re reading this, we hope you’ve been to a show and enjoyed yourself, so this is where we need you to come in.
How You Can Help Our Convention Grow
- Tell your friends that you’re coming!
You have no idea how much it helps us when you just tell everyone you’re coming to our show. Just posting and tagging us helps visibility.
- Share our announcements!
Yes, it seems silly but every single share helps new folks discover our event and raise awareness. For 2026 our charitable component will be a big driver and we want to make a BIG donation to the cause.
3. Tell the legends you want to see them at our show!
Let’s be real- a lot of people don’t know we exist. That’s ok. The legends we want to get can be very hard to get ahold of, so while we are being annoying and emailing them hoping for a response- you can comment on their posts and tag us asking them to come!
4. Buy tickets for a holiday gift!
Sounds like a cheap ask right? Well, yeah it might be but as tickets are sold it helps free up budget which means we can do more ahead of time to bring value to the show and get an idea of how much we have to work on with guests and such. You’d be surprised how much just a $20 ticket helps!
5. Follow Us On Social Media! We’re not hard to find. We’re @SuperJerseyExpo on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter(X). We do our best to keep things reeled in but your follows help us gain more traction!
2026 will be the biggest and best Super Jersey ever, we’re sure of it. Not just the charitable component to the show, but we’ve taken care of every issue behind the scenes we had due to growing pains in 2025 and we’ve got our sights set on execution at the highest level.
