How better a way is there to start a comic than to have an alien spacecraft crashland in the jungle!

Tarzan races to the rescue of his friend Jason Gridley who, as he recovers, recounts a pretty far-fetched tale of kidnapping and space travel of which he barely believes himself even though he has lived it. His tale starts when he is tricked onto the spaceship “The Resolve” and coerced into making an intergalactic weapon made using one of his inventions, obviously when he realizes what’s going on he wrecks it opening up his chance to stop his host as he sets about rebuilding.

Once he had escaped and enlisted Tarzan’s help they began preparing for their adventure to stop Gridley’s kidnapper from recreating the weapon. He puts out a call to Ulysses Paxton who arrives rather heavily with a ship who with a few tweaks can handle interstellar voyage and Tarzan puts out a call for crew members and vets the ones he can’t already vouch for leading to a crew of about 18 people all ready to take on the challenge and possibly save the universe!

I’m loving the old school feel to this with artwork harking back to the golden age of comics and the main aim of adventure being the only real incentive for the crew to take part.
