I always was a fan of the Inhumans and when I heard about a movie coming to the big screen I was very excited.

I then heard it was going to be a TV show and thought yes. Now before I get into this show let me say the only reason I continued watching it was because it was so short it was only 8 episode.

There were very few characters who I liked Eldrac, Lockjaw, and Karnak (for the first episode only after I didn’t like how they treated him afterward). Now for what didn’t work for me was the fact most of the time the royal family was on earth, Karnak not able to use his abilities and worst of all Black Bolt looking like a wimp. Medusa losing her hair, her hair looking too CGI. Triton not looking like his comic book counterpart and never having screen time like the rest of the team.

The plot was more of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D episode than a standalone TV show (I did like how some of S.H.I.E.L.D was used in the show). One surprise I got while writing this is that Maximus was played by Iwan Rheon (at first I didn’t recognize the named but looked it up and found out it was an actor who I liked in another TV show called Misfits). I felt it was too rushed, horrible CGI and no real storyline of its own. Now I know why it came to the small screen.
