Kite Man has turned into a major player in the war of jokes and riddles!

I’m loving the look of this arc, both the Joker and the Riddler look amazing with the Riddler looking like an extra from Gangs of New York and the Joker falling deeper into despair as he struggles to find his laugh. The whole story is like a confession from Batman to Catwoman before they get married, warts and all take me or leave me kinda thing.

I’m not sure which side I fall on, probably a little safer on the Riddlers side as the Joker is clearly unhinged but it would probably be a lot crazier with the Joker on form which to be fair he isn’t right now. It is going to be so interesting to see the outcome of the Mexican standoff that the issue ends on as all 3 are more than willing to do anything it takes to finish this war and come out on top.

A couple of standout parts of this issue for me is seeing Killer Croc on a kite and kite mans part in Batman’s plan within a plan that really tips the scale. Batman is pushed to the edge right now and could quite easily go too far when faced with two of his greatest foes.
