It’s a fun Giant Days story taking place in England. Present day. Three young ladies (Susan, Daisy, Esther) find their way to stay with Shelley, an older female friend. Well, she’s in mid-career days, while the young ladies are schoolgirls. The resulting adventure is carried forth with lots of great dialogue and fun situations. There’s a cat that will sneak into the apartment at any opportunity, to cause chaos. There are cute guys everywhere, on every bus, in every office, and just up the hall. Romance is almost guaranteed!
This very enjoyable read is ideal for teen girls but is honestly a fun story for anyone teenage or older.
The drawings are smoothly rendered, the color palette is amazingly confident, and the whole package is well worth checking out.
