Harley knows how to make an entrance and knows how to cause chaos, she leads Batgirl and friends on a scavenger hunt style escapade around town protecting a billionaire from getting killed but with Harley destroying things along the way.
Although it’s a serious outcome that Harley wants you cant fault her showmanship, she just wants to have fun while she kills is that too much to ask for and it really is a decent reason for him to die!
The girls, of course, find Harleys hiding spot and with the gentlest of persuasion convince her o come down which she kind of does!
