James Bond: Kill Chain, the new trade from Dynamite, is a gripping roller coaster, ideal for Bond fans!

James is betrayed and beaten, but what else is new? He’s James Bond, after all!

Writer Andy Diggle and artist Luca Casalanguida (colors by Chris Blythe) really dig deep into action and suspense with this title, a collection of the six issues of the comic book miniseries. The dialogue is terse, the drawings are exciting and dynamic without overplay. The locations are worldly and so are the women. Classic Bond, served up as you like it.

The plot, if you need more convincing, goes like this: The CIA and MI6 no longer trust each other. Counterespionage efforts are going wrong, and Bond finds himself the next target in the kill chain! And someone is trying to smash NATO!

Gripping and entertaining, great reading!

After a career of graphic design, art direction and copywriting, I still have a passion for words and pictures. I love it when a comic book comes together; the story is tight, and the drawings lead me forward. Art with words... the toughest storytelling technique to get right. Was this comic book worth your money? Let's see!!
