Comic Review: Napoleon Dynamite #1 (IDW Comics)

This captures the film perfectly and you just can’t help but read it in his voice.

You can almost feel the disgust ooze from the page as Napoleon is made to do something he does t want to. The artwork really emphasizes the characters too Napoleon looks frustrated and permanently annoyed while Pedro looks totally confused if it wasn’t for Deb I don’t think these two would survive. I love how seriously Napoleon takes himself when asked about his skills he doesn’t even hesitate to highlight his skill with the bo staff and to be fair I would love to see it on future issues!

The next issue looks to really blow up as Pedro is facing impeachment and Rico is facing a pretty intense grilling by Dani and Jay and I can’t see how any conversation with Rico would convince you of his innocence.
