Kung Fu Panda’s Jennifer Yuh Nelson Talks Storyboarding, Directing and More on Top-Ranked Nickelodeon Animation Podcast, Available Friday, Aug. 19


In this week’s episode of the top-ranked Nickelodeon Animation Podcast, Jennifer Yuh Nelson (Kung Fu Panda 2, Kung Fu Panda 3) talks about all things Kung-Fu, her love of cartoon blood and gore, and why she’ll never draw another horse. Nelson made her directorial debut in 2011 with the film Kung Fu Panda 2. She recently directed the follow-up film, Kung Fu Panda 3, and today, serves as the most successful female animation director in history. Throughout her career in animation, Nelson has lent her talents to a variety of roles. She began her career as a storyboard artist, working on projects including: Legend of the Seven Seas, Madagascar and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.
