Midnighter and Apollo #1 is a fantastic read start to finish. Strong artwork, storytelling, and a look into the lives of two superheroes trying to rekindle what they had and move forward despite all that has happened, and might very well keep happening, keeps you turning the pages eagerly awaiting the next development. With the couple’s past looming in the distance, and Apollo looking to be in his worst position yet, I cannot wait to see what is in store for these two. Another great Rebirth title, adding to an ever-growing list of great reads!
